Biography

Lisa Williams is a PhD student in the program of American Studies at Michigan State University. She received her B.A. in English from William Jewell College and her M.A. in Medieval Studies from the University of York, U.K. She is currently interested in the comparative study of U.S./U.K. representations of national character in the popular media and literature of the interwar years.
