Born, raised and currently reside in West Michigan. Affiliate Professor at GVSU in the Liberal Studies Department. Academic Interests: Religion in Higher Education (particularly in Michigan), Art of Pedagogy, Liberal Education. Working with Arthur Versluis, Ann Larabee, Jeff Charnley and Stephen Rowe (GVSU). Personal Interests: Family, Sailing, Special Olympics, Football (college and pro), and the Blues.
